In January of 2000, Ranae Stewart purchased the first EXIT franchise in Pace, Florida. Since then, other offices have been added in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and Pensacola, and we now have nearly seventy-five agents working for Exit Realty N.F.I. Many of our agents are designated in various areas, such as ABR, CRM, CDPE, and CRS. All of our agents are designated Realtors. We also have a commercial real estate department, a rental department in our Pace office and an in-house title company.
